Temperature limitation: Although PTFE material itself can withstand temperatures up to 260°C, as an immersion electric heating tube, its applicable temperature is usually controlled below 110°C. Some specially customized products can work at higher temperatures, but this must be strictly confirmed with the manufacturer.
Strictly prohibit dry heating: The heating tube must be completely immersed in the liquid. If the liquid level is too low, the liquid is too viscous, or solid deposits cover the tube, the PTFE outer layer will quickly burn out due to poor heat dissipation.
Dimensions cannot be arbitrarily changed: The length of the heating tube or the surface area cannot be arbitrarily shortened or reduced, otherwise the surface power will exceed the standard, seriously affecting the service life.
Stirring requirements: When heating in high-viscosity liquids, a stirring device must be configured to ensure even heat distribution and prevent local overheating.
