This product generates heat through resistance wire and transfers the heat directly into the bolt hole, causing the bolt to expand when heated, making tightening or removal easier. Compared with induction bolt heaters, this product uses contact heating and is suitable for bolt heating needs under specific working conditions.

Suitable for heating during flange bolt disassembly and assembly in industries such as electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, and shipbuilding, especially for occasions where space is limited and induction heaters cannot be used. Typical applications include heating for disassembly and assembly of steam turbine cylinder bolts, pipeline flange bolts, and pressure vessel end cover bolts. 1. Select a heating rod with the appropriate diameter and length according to the bolt specifications; 2. Insert the heating rod into the center hole of the bolt, ensuring that the heating section is fully placed inside the bolt; 3. Connect the DC adjustable control cabinet, and set the voltage and heating time according to process requirements; 4. After heating is completed, disconnect the power supply, remove the heating rod, and proceed with bolt tightening or removal. Note: The heating rod must not be dry-burned in air for a long time to avoid damage.
