RX3-45-9 box-type electric heating furnace is an industrial heating equipment that converts electrical energy into thermal energy, operating on the principle of Joule heating effect. The furnace body adopts a steel plate welded structure, lined with ceramic fiber and lightweight refractory brick, providing good insulation performance. The heating elements are arranged on both sides and at the bottom of the furnace chamber to ensure temperature uniformity. The furnace door adopts manual or electric opening method, and the sealing structure reduces heat loss. The control system integrates temperature sensors, PID regulators and solid-state relays to achieve precise temperature control.
This electric heating furnace is suitable for quenching, tempering, annealing, and normalizing of metal parts in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics and other industries; it can also be used for sintering of ceramic products, annealing of glass products, new material research and development experiments, etc. The equipment is easy to operate and maintain, and the heating curve can be set according to process requirements.
The equipment is equipped with over-temperature alarm, thermocouple break protection, leakage protection and other functions. Daily maintenance requires regular inspection of heating elements, thermocouples and electrical connections, and keeping the furnace chamber clean. After long-term shutdown, baking treatment should be carried out before re-use.
