During on-site operation and maintenance, slow heating, local overheating, or temperature control failure are commonly encountered, leading to product quality fluctuations or shortened equipment life. This is usually related to a mismatch between heating plate selection, installation method, and temperature control configuration. The HLB-450 industrial electric heating plate provides adjustable solutions for such problems.
This model uses a stainless steel shell and mica or ceramic insulation structure, and the power density can be selected according to installation space and heating requirements. The rated voltage is commonly 220V or 380V, and the surface working temperature range covers room temperature to 400°C (cast aluminum type can reach 650°C). Under stable working conditions, thermal efficiency can reach over 96%, and the actual value is affected by insulation conditions and installation method. Temperature control configuration can be mechanical or PID adjustment, supporting external thermocouple feedback.
It is suitable for heating components of household appliances (such as rice cookers and electric irons), light industrial heating tables, and laboratory liquid heating and insulation. During on-site installation, ensure that the heating surface fits evenly with the heated object to avoid dry burning; the wiring terminals should be kept dry, and the insulation resistance should be checked regularly. Different specifications correspond to different power densities, and specific technical parameters are subject to the product nameplate and instruction manual.
Maintenance personnel should clean carbon deposits and debris on the surface every quarter and check whether the temperature control probe position has shifted. If the heating time is found to be longer than the initial state, first check the insulation layer and power supply voltage, and then consider replacing the heating plate.
