The BRF-110 plate-and-frame fin heat exchanger is suitable for steam-liquid, liquid-liquid, and oil-water heat exchange conditions, with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa, a design temperature range of -20~200°C, and an effective heat exchange area per plate of 0.11 m². The number of plates can be increased or decreased according to the heat load.
Gaskets can be selected from nitrile rubber (-20~110°C), EPDM (-40~150°C), or fluororubber (-20~200°C). Compatibility must be confirmed based on the actual medium concentration and temperature, and replacement should not be based on experience alone. When replacing sealing gaskets, verify whether the material matches the medium, and apply a small amount of glycerin in the gasket groove before installation to facilitate positioning.
Nozzle sizes are configured from DN50 to DN150. The frame clamping dimension is adjusted according to the number of plates. Conventional plate thickness is 0.5~0.7 mm, and the corrugation pattern is herringbone, which can enhance turbulence and reduce fouling tendency.
It can be used in HVAC water systems, hydraulic oil cooling, chemical medium waste heat recovery, and other scenarios. During operation, it is recommended to monitor the inlet and outlet pressure difference, and promptly arrange cleaning or check the gasket sealing condition once the design value is exceeded.
