When designing and selecting equipment, how can one determine whether a box-type industrial electric heating furnace can simultaneously meet the normalizing, quenching, and tempering requirements of various metal parts? The following lists the key points of the RXG-60-7 box-type industrial electric heating furnace from the perspective of engineering parameters, for reference by design and selection personnel.
This equipment is a periodic-operation resistance heating furnace, using resistance strip heating elements, with a commonly used temperature control range from room temperature to 700°C. The furnace chamber dimensions are 900mm×600mm×500mm (length×width×height), with a rated loading capacity of 600kg. It is suitable for heat treatment processes such as normalizing, quenching, annealing, and tempering of metal parts under natural atmosphere or protective atmosphere. During design and selection, the furnace chamber volume can be matched according to the maximum size of the parts and the weight of a single batch.
The temperature control system adopts PID intelligent regulation, equipped with K-type thermocouple feedback. Under normal working conditions, the temperature control accuracy can be stably maintained at ±3°C. If higher temperature uniformity is required, it can be specified at the time of ordering, and by adjusting PID parameters and thermocouple arrangement, the accuracy can be controlled within ±2°C. Design and selection personnel should note that temperature control accuracy is affected by loading capacity, workpiece placement, and furnace door sealing conditions. During selection, a temperature uniformity verification step should be reserved.
The rated heating power is 60kW, the power supply voltage is 380V three-phase, and the furnace lining adopts a composite structure of lightweight refractory bricks and aluminum silicate fibers. The furnace door is manual or electric lifting type, which can be optionally configured according to the degree of production line automation. During design and selection, it is necessary to verify the workshop power distribution capacity and the furnace body installation space, and reserve wiring paths for thermocouple compensation wires and the temperature control cabinet.
