Widely used in plastic machinery, molds, cable machinery, alloy die-casting machines, pipelines, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. Cast aluminum heaters use tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, which are bent into shape, with excellent metal alloy materials as the shell, and are centrifugally cast into various shapes, such as round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, and other special shapes. After completion, they can be tightly bonded with the heating body, with working temperatures between 300-450°C.
Instructions for using cast aluminum heaters:
1. The working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value; the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the wiring should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time; and the wiring screws should be tightened to avoid excessive force.
