Sheathed electric heater uses:

Sheathed electric heater is mainly used in hydraulic lubrication devices to heat hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, and can also be used to heat non-corrosive gases.



Structure:

The sheath tube of the electric heater has a diameter of 108mm and a wall thickness of 5mm, made of seamless steel pipe. The heating core uses three electric heating tubes as one heating element. The wiring device cover is protected by stainless steel, effectively ensuring the safety of the wiring device.



Features:

With the sheath added, this electric heater has a large heating area and fast heat transfer, effectively preventing carbonization of the heated medium. Since the electric heater is connected to the box body via flanges, the heater is isolated from the heating medium, making maintenance convenient. During repair, simply extract the heating core and replace it with a new heater.

Process:

The heating tube is made by inserting electric heating wires into an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, and then shrinking the tube. After heat treatment (some tubes do not require this), it is processed into various shapes as needed by the user. It has a simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid-base salts, and is also suitable for melting low-melting-point metals.
