Precautions:



1.Melt-blown Parameters Ceramic Heater Ceramic electric heaters are not waterproof structures, so avoid contact with oil, water, and plastic pellets during storage and installation to prevent electric leakage.

2. During installation, the ceramic electric heater must be tightly attached to the heated object, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without any unevenness.

3. If a scorched black color is found on the surface after use, it indicates an imbalance in heat dissipation between the heating element and the heated body. Adjust it promptly to prevent burn-through.

4. When using high-temperature ceramic electric heaters, avoid forceful impact or collision with hard objects that may cause tile breakage, exposing the alloy resistance wire and affecting operational lifespan.

5. Before installation, check whether the installation position matches the specifications of the ceramic electric heater and whether the operating voltage is consistent.
