Non-woven Fabric Melt-blown Heater
Mainly an electric heating device used to heat gas flow, commonly called an air heater or gas heater. Its inner cavity is equipped with multiple baffles (guide plates) to guide the gas flow, extending the residence time of the gas in the cavity, thereby fully heating the gas, making the gas heating uniform, and improving heat exchange efficiency. The heating element uses stainless steel heating tubes, which are made by inserting electric heating wires into seamless steel tubes, filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, and then shrinking the tubes. When current passes through the low-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat is distributed to the surface of the heating tube through crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heated gas to achieve the purpose of heating.
Process Features:
1. Fast heating and cooling rates, stable operation, and smooth heating curve.
2. Adopts high-efficiency electric heaters and temperature control methods, with high precision and small temperature errors.
3. Equipped with over-temperature alarm, dry-burn protection, pressure maintenance, and other functions, ensuring a long service life of the heater.
4. Good mechanical performance: Since its heating element is made of alloy material, under the impact of low-pressure gas flow, its mechanical performance and strength are better than any other heating element. This is more advantageous for systems and accessory tests that require long-term continuous gas heating.
5. Single unit power ranges from 2KW to 2000KW, customized as needed.
Precautions:
1. The operating part of the heater is a precision instrument. Handle with care during transportation, and strictly prohibit impact or collision.
2. The cylinder part should be properly lifted to avoid deformation that could damage the internal heating elements.
3. The heater and control cabinet should be stored indoors and strictly protected from rain.
Heater Maintenance and Repair:
Fault 1: The digital display does not work. Check whether the air switch is closed and whether the control circuit is complete.
Fault 2: The heater temperature does not rise. Check whether the fuse is intact and whether the gas heater is damaged.
Fault 3: Three-phase imbalance. Check whether the three-phase incoming voltage is missing a phase. Open the protective cover of the air heater and use a multimeter to check whether a single heating element is open-circuited.
