Nonwoven Electrostatic Electret Equipment Detailed Information
Nonwoven Electrostatic Electret Equipment is a type of electrostatic application equipment, which functions to charge one material and adsorb it onto the surface of another material for positioning, fixing, adsorption, and other purposes. It is mainly applied in conveying positioning, adsorption edge pressing processes in printing and plastic processing, as well as automatic film lamination processes for floors, glass, stainless steel, and plastic boards. It is widely used in the fields of nonwoven fabrics, spray painting, flocking, sorting, and bioengineering.
Working Principle
This electrostatic generator is composed of an electrostatic emitter and a high-voltage power supply. The high-voltage power supply provides negative (or positive) high voltage to the electrostatic emitter, causing it to emit negative (or positive) static electricity, thereby charging objects or workpieces for process operations. Working Principle:
1. AC, AC/DC high-voltage test transformer
Input the power frequency power supply into the operation box (or operation console), and adjust the voltage through the autotransformer to input it to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a power frequency high voltage can be obtained at the secondary (high-voltage) winding. This power frequency high voltage can be rectified by a high-voltage silicon stack and filtered by a capacitor to obtain DC high voltage, whose amplitude is 1.4 times the effective value of the power frequency high voltage. However, when using DC, the short-circuit rod should be pulled out; when using AC, the short-circuit rod should be inserted.
2. High-voltage test transformer with taps:
In order to simultaneously resolve the contradiction between higher voltage with lower current and lower voltage with higher current, the high-voltage winding is divided into two windings: one with a larger current and the other with a smaller current. Then the two windings are connected in series and led out separately.
3. Cascade high-voltage test transformer:
To obtain a test transformer with higher voltage, the cascade method can also be used to achieve higher voltage. The capacity and voltage relationships of the three transformers satisfy: P1=2P2=3P3, U(total)=1U+2U+3U.
