Duct-type electric heater
is mainly used for air heating in air ducts. Its specifications are divided into three types: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. Structurally, they share the common feature of using steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration. The junction boxes are all equipped with over-temperature control devices. In addition to over-temperature protection for convenient control, a linkage device must be installed between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater starts only after the fan starts. A differential pressure device should be added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the duct heater generally should not exceed 10Kg/cm2. If it exceeds the above pressure specifications, please choose a circulating electric heater. The maximum heating temperature for low-temperature heaters is not more than 160℃; for medium-temperature type, not more than 360℃; for high-temperature type, not more than 850℃.



Application fields:

  Air electric heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the desired air temperature, up to 850℃. It has been widely applied in aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, universities, and many other scientific research and production laboratories. It is especially suitable for automatic temperature control and large-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The air electric heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, producing hot air that is dry, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, chemically non-corrosive, pollution-free, safe and reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).



Technical features

1. Can heat air to a very high temperature, up to 850℃, while the shell temperature is only about 50℃.
