SRY9 Sheathed Electric Heater with Relay Temperature Control Element Usage Instructions
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning out; the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. The tubular electric heating element is designed according to the JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
