Usage precautions :

(1) PTC heating elements have the characteristic of automatic constant temperature, and their own heating temperature also has a maximum value, which effectively prevents damage to themselves and other components in electrical equipment due to excessive heating. 

(2) When PTC heating elements are used to heat liquids (such as water), if the liquid boils dry, the PTC heating elements will not be damaged. 

(3) If PTC heating elements are used to heat cold air, when no air is blown, the PTC heating elements will not be damaged. 

(5) Long service life: under normal environmental use, the lifespan can reach more than 10 years. 

(6) Reliable operation: using the internal characteristics of PTC heating elements for temperature control, it will never overheat. 

(7) Very wide operating voltage: when the operating voltage changes by 2 times, the surface temperature change is very small. 

(9) When multiple PTC heating elements are used together, they should be connected in parallel, not in series. 

(10) Different heat dissipation conditions cause significant differences in the heating power of PTC heating elements. 

(11) The heating power decreases from high to low after power-on, and finally stabilizes. The stable power is related to the usage conditions; for the same PTC heater, different usage conditions may result in power differences of several times. The faster the heat dissipation, the higher the stable power; the higher the surface temperature of the PTC, the higher the power. 

(12) The surface temperature of PTC heating elements is controlled by the PTC itself, or can be controlled by disconnecting the circuit, but cannot be controlled by adjusting the voltage. 

(13) PTC itself has high reliability and long lifespan, but if improperly assembled, the product may experience unstable power and temperature.
