Stainless Steel Sheathed Electric Heater

Features:

The electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy electric heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulating medium, and the sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.

The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; simply extract the heater core and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.

The electric heater has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface power, no carbon deposition, and the oil will not be locally overheated and carbonized. It has a long service life, and is safe and reliable.

Notes:

The electric heater is not allowed to be used above the boiling point of the heating medium at atmospheric pressure.

For wind power applications, it is used for preheating heavy oil, lubricating oil, diesel oil, and similar media. SRY6-2 has a maximum working temperature of 100℃, and the maximum usage temperature must not exceed 300℃. The user can increase or decrease the number of heaters based on the quantity of the heating medium, heating time, and temperature rise limit.

Since the heating tubes are arranged in a fluid-like manner, the heater can heat the medium very uniformly. The replaceable electric heating tubes are inserted into the heater container, and when replacing the heater, there is no need to empty the heated medium.

If the surface load of the heater is selected to be low, it can avoid bubble formation and carbonization of the heating medium.
