The fault of the fully automatic steam generator is either that the electric heating tube is prone to dry burning, but the new products have already improved this. Below, the flange electric heating tube will introduce the related problems and causes to you:

1. After power-on, the equipment has no response:

Solution: Check whether the power supply is normal and whether there is phase loss; whether the fuse is blown, and whether there is electricity at the upper and lower ends. Under normal circumstances, it is caused by a blown fuse.

Cause analysis: Abnormal power supply; damage to the control system; damage to the AC contactor; blown fuse; stuck water pump impeller; abnormal water level;

Solution: First check the circuit, in order: power supply, AC contactor, fuse; secondly, manually check whether the water pump impeller is stuck, especially for new pumps or after long-term shutdown, rusting and seizing are prone to occur; false water level may also cause no water replenishment.

Solution: First check whether there is air in the water pump, then check for water pump wear and water supply pipelines, etc. The inspection order varies depending on the service life of the equipment.

Solution: When it keeps rotating, the cause of the AC contactor can be ruled out, just look for the other causes. If the water pump stops rotating, first check the circuit, then the controller.

Solution: Vent the water pump; if it still doesn't work, check the water supply pipeline and open the water pump until the problem is solved.

Fault phenomenon: 1. After connecting the power supply, press start, the motor does not rotate

Fault causes: (1) Insufficient air pressure locked (2) Solenoid valve not tight, air leakage at joints, check and lock (3) Thermal relay open circuit (4) At least one condition in the condition loop is not met (water level, pressure, temperature, and whether the programmer is powered on and started)

Troubleshooting measures: (1) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value (2) Clean or repair the solenoid valve and pipeline joints (3) Press reset to check whether the component is damaged and the motor current (4) Check whether the water level, pressure, and temperature exceed the limits

Fault causes: (1) Insufficient electric fire gas volume (2) Solenoid valve not working (main valve, ignition valve) (3) Solenoid valve burned out (4) Unstable air pressure (5) Excessive air volume

Fault causes: (1) Ignition transformer burned out (2) High-voltage wire) gap too large or too small, relative dimensions of the ignition rod position (4) Electrode broken or short-circuited to ground (5) Inappropriate spacing

Troubleshooting measures: (1) Replace with new one (2) Reinstall or replace with new one (3) Readjust (4) Reinstall or replace with new one (5) Readjust

Fault causes: ((1) Insufficient air pressure, excessive pressure drop, small gas supply flow (2) Too little air volume, incomplete combustion, thick smoke color (3) Too much air volume, white gas appears

Troubleshooting measures: (1) Reduce the air door (2) Appropriately reduce the air volume and increase the inlet air temperature (3) Take measures to increase the exhaust gas temperature

Fault causes: (1) Low ambient temperature (2) More low-fire combustion processes (3) High hydrogen content in gas, excessive oxygen generates water (4) Long chimney
