Melt-blown Fabric Heater

Usage Instructions

1. After connecting to the power supply, turn on the power switch (ON).

2. Preheat the heating center block. After the indicator light goes off, add 5ml of solution to a Ф16×150 test tube and insert it from the top into the heating hole. After about 10 minutes, the solution will reach a boiling state. Use a test tube clamp to remove it and repeat the process as needed.

3. After the experiment, turn off the power and do not run the heater without load.

5. Avoid burns from the housing becoming too hot during prolonged operation.

6. The heater is equipped with a temperature controller that automatically adjusts the heating temperature of the heating coil (indicated by an indicator light).

Daily Maintenance

1. After the heater has been in operation for a period of time (depending on usage), unscrew the igniter plug to clean carbon deposits. If the igniter wire is burned out, remove and replace it with a new one.

2. If excessive carbon deposits reduce thermal efficiency, clean the heat dissipation fins on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon deposits inside the combustion chamber.

3. If the air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, or oil drip pipe of the heater main unit is blocked by mud, clean and clear them promptly. Keep the heater compartment clean and avoid placing flammable debris nearby.

4. Ensure the fuel tank, fuel lines, and fuel filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from clogging the fuel circuit.

5. Use antifreeze suitable for the ambient temperature as the circulating heating medium in the heater's circulation system.

6. Regularly inspect the heater's water pump according to usage. If the mechanical seal leaks or the pump has difficulty starting, repair it promptly.

7. The automatic control box, fuel filter solenoid valve, and other electrical components on the heater main unit should be maintained following general low-voltage electrical appliance maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before shipment; users should not alter them without authorization.

8. Ensure the thermal control components are in good condition. Regularly inspect them, and if the micro switch malfunctions or is damaged, replace it promptly.

9. The main motor used in the heater normally requires no maintenance for 5000 hours of operation. If it malfunctions due to prolonged use or other reasons, inspect it, check carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication, and add grease or replace carbon brushes if necessary.

10. During the warm season when the heater is not in use, start it 4-5 times periodically, running for about 5 minutes each time, to ensure it operates normally when next used.
