How to fill heat transfer oil in an electric thermal oil heater?

1. Open the exhaust valve at the highest point of each independent circulating heat transfer oil pipeline.

2. Start the feed pump of the thermal oil heater, fill heat transfer oil until it overflows from the air valve in the circulating oil pipeline, then close the exhaust valve.

3. When the heat transfer oil level in the expansion tank rises above the low-level mark of the oil gauge, stop filling.

4. Start the circulating oil pump of the thermal oil heater. After the heat transfer oil flows in the circulating pipe for 1 hour, open the exhaust valve again until oil overflows, then close it.

5. Check the heat transfer oil level in the expansion tank. If it is below the minimum line, start the feed pump to add more heat transfer oil until the level is above the minimum mark.
