By heating, the liquid or solidified substances in the drum can be easily removed, such as adhesives, grease, asphalt, paint, paraffin, oil, and various resin raw materials. Through heating the drum body, the viscosity decreases evenly, reducing the pump's power. Therefore, this device is not affected by seasons and can be used all year round.

A sensor is installed on the surface of the heater, and the temperature is directly controlled through temperature adjustment.
II. Product Specifications
Construction
The heating element is made of copper-nickel alloy wire wound around a small-diameter fiberglass core, placed between two layers of fiberglass cloth. It is equipped with spring assistance for easy installation and comes with a thermostat that can be adjusted gradually from 30°C to 150°C.
Application Range
To heat or maintain the temperature of a drum, one, two, or three electric heating belts can be used. Standard type in stock: 200-liter drum.
