Select the corresponding specifications and materials of pipes and fixtures, determine the dimensions, adjust the positioning block, and then install the original pipe for cutting;
Then, according to the size of the pipe, choose the appropriate drill bit to chamfer both ends of the pipe opening;
Finally, place the processed stainless steel pipe on the transfer cart rack and mark the corresponding specifications and models, preparing for the next process;
Put the empty pipes that need straightening into the straightening machine as shown in the diagram. After straightening is completed, bundle them with cable ties and place them on the transfer cart, preparing for the next process;
Use a pipe wiping machine wrapped with white gauze to clean the inner wall of the pipe, then place the cleaned pipes on the transfer cart for the next process;
Use an automatic wire winding machine to place the finished resistance wire on a tray and wait for resistance value inspection;
Add cleaning agent to clean water in proportion, soak the resistance wire for 3 minutes, then rub it repeatedly by hand for 3-5 minutes, rinse with clean water, place on a tray, and dry in an oven at 120 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes to remove moisture;
Use a machine to screw the lead-out rod into the resistance wire, and measure the resistance value to adjust the depth of insertion. Place the qualified resistance wire into a transfer box for the next process;
Use an electric welding machine to weld the resistance wire and the lead rod. Place the welded resistance wire into a transfer box for the next process;
Set the oscillation delay according to the product, and adjust it appropriately based on the powder filling density requirements;
Pour the magnesium oxide powder into the powder tank, start the clamping program, and install the empty pipe;
Start the wire hanging program, install the resistance wire on the powder filling machine, and check whether the lower plug is pulled into place;
Take out the electric heating tube after powder filling, use an air gun to blow off or pour off 3-5mm of magnesium powder at the tube mouth, then insert the insulating plug and tighten it;
Place the electric heating tube on the inspection table and test the withstand voltage as required;
Place the qualified products on the transfer cart for the next process;
Start the tube shrinking machine, then place the lower end of the electric heating tube into the tube shrinking machine opening and slowly push it forward;
Place the qualified electric heating tubes after shrinking on the transfer cart and mark the model, specification, and other relevant content, preparing for the next process;
Place the electric heating tube on the pneumatic support, step on the foot switch for automatic tube cutting, and confirm the dimensions;
Place the cut heating tubes on the transfer cart for the next process;
Hold the electric heating tube firmly with both hands, insert the lead-out rod into the tool hole, push forward slowly, hollow out the magnesium powder at the tube mouth end and on the tube wall, then use an air gun to blow off the magnesium powder at the tube mouth;
