To meet the needs of installing and removing bolts in the high, medium, and low pressure cylinders of steam turbines, and to improve work efficiency, our company has developed and produced two major series with more than 10 varieties of bolt heating devices. The DJ22-23 steam turbine bolt low-voltage heating device has been used by many power plants. This device is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has a long service life, and is effective, making it highly favored by users.
The DJ22-23 DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet is used in conjunction with the DC bolt heater. It has the advantages of stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0~220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, safety, and reliability.
2. Usage Precautions
1. The control cabinet shell should have a reliable ground connection.
2. The phase and neutral wires between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be connected correctly, and any misconnection is strictly prohibited.
3. Bolt heater must be disconnected from the power supply when installing or removing. The voltage adjustment and indication of the DJ22-23 series control cabinet should be at the minimum position; the DJ22-23 low-voltage control cabinet is strictly prohibited from shifting voltage gears under load.
4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases.
5. If connectors are damaged, they must be replaced with the same specifications.
6. The special bolt heater needs to be manufactured according to the specific geometric dimensions of the bolt. When ordering, please provide: a. bolt outer diameter; b. bolt outer diameter; c. total bolt length; d. nut length; e. the matching heating control cabinet situation.

Note 1: The electric heater parameters listed in this table are applicable to bolts with a center hole diameter of d=22.6±0.2mm. For electric heaters that do not conform to the center hole diameter and specification parameters listed in this table, they shall be determined by the user and the manufacturer.
2. The surface power density of the electric heaters listed in this table is selected as 8-11W/cm2.
