Functions of the temperature control cabinet:

1. Prevent powder debris, moisture, dust, and harmful gases from entering. This machine is specially designed with two completely independent air circulation systems to prevent unclean and harmful air from entering the electrical control box, causing damage to electrical components.

2. Make up for the insufficient temperature control effect of the constant temperature room. The constant temperature room regulates the temperature and humidity of a large space, but cannot take care of single-point high-heat objects and electrical control boxes with high density of electronic components. The control cabinet temperature regulator exactly makes up for this defect.

3. Extend the service life of electrical components. The control cabinet temperature regulator can effectively control the temperature and air quality inside the electrical control box. Therefore, the electrical components inside the box will achieve their highest operating efficiency and extend their service life.

Temperature control cabinet fan start/stop:

Fan start/stop function: When the temperature of any one phase winding among the three-phase windings reaches the set fan start temperature, the fan automatically starts and the fan indicator light turns on. When the temperatures of all three-phase windings drop to the set fan stop temperature, the fan automatically turns off and the fan indicator light goes out. The fan relay contact capacity is AC220V/7A. If the fan needs protection, please connect an external protection device.

Manual fan start/stop function: Press the "Manual" key to start the fan, press the "Manual" key again to stop the fan; if the "Manual" key is pressed only once, the fan will start and automatically turn off after 10 minutes. This function can also be used to test the fan function.

Fan timed start/stop function: The thermostat provides a timed fan start function to prevent fan failure due to long-term non-operation. Users can set any time from 0 to 200 hours on the panel (when set to 0, this function is canceled). After the set time is reached, the fan automatically runs for 2 minutes and then stops. The factory setting is 24 hours. Each timed start operation time of the fan is 2 minutes, which cannot be modified by the user.
