SRY6-7 Sheathed Electric Heater I. Purpose:SRY6-4, 5, 6, and 7 sheathed electric heaters are mainly used in hydraulic lubrication devices to heat hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, and can also be used to heat non-corrosive liquids.
II. Structure:
SRY6-4, 5, 6, and 7 types have a sheathed tube with a diameter of 108mm and a wall thickness of 5mm made of seamless steel pipe. The heating core consists of three electric heating tubes as one heating element. The terminal box is protected by stainless steel, effectively safeguarding the safety of the connection device.
III. Features:
Thiselectric heater, after adding the sheath, has a larger heating area and faster heat transfer, effectively preventing carbonization of the heated medium. Since the heater is connected to the tank via a flange, isolating the heater from the preheated medium, maintenance is convenient. During repair, simply extract the heating element and replace it with a new one.
Surface heating power: Type 4 and 5 ≤1.8W, Type 6 and 7 ≤0.7W
Heat transfer temperature: ≤300℃
Working medium pressure: ≤0.8Mpa
Note: When selecting, consider the actual conditions of the heating medium and the installation dimensions. The surface heating power should preferably be ≤0.7W per square centimeter. When wiring, use appropriate high-temperature wires to connect the distribution control box to the electric heater.
