Resistance heating

It is a heating method that uses electric current to pass through an electric heating element to release heat to heat the billet. Common resistance wire heating, ceramic heaters, resistance coil heating, and quartz tube heating all belong to resistance heating in principle.

Comparison




1.Resistance heaters are the most primitive, so their thermal efficiency is also the worst, usually only about 70%, with a large amount of heat dissipated into the air.

2. Infrared heating is slightly better than resistance heating, but still a large amount of heat is dissipated into the air, not because the infrared itself is dissipated, but because the heated object dissipates heat into the air.

3. Feiru electromagnetic heater works with an insulation layer wrapping the heated object, and the magnetic field directly heats the object itself through the insulation layer, so the thermal efficiency is the highest, with almost no heat loss, exceeding 95%. Moreover, since the Feiru electromagnetic heater heats the object itself, there is no heat transfer loss, saving 30%-70% energy compared to resistance heating under the same conditions. Infrared heaters cannot be compared in detail with electromagnetic heating due to their heating characteristics, but based on the temperature emitted, under the same conditions, Feiru electromagnetic heating should save more than 20% energy compared to infrared heating. Working Principle

2. A temperature control valve is installed at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger. Through a temperature sensing probe, the temperature of the oil outlet is detected to control the steam inlet flow, thereby ensuring a constant oil temperature.

3. The heat exchanger uses high-efficiency heat exchange elements - eddy current heat film tubes, maintaining reasonable flow of oil between the tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times that of ordinary heat exchangers. The enhanced heat transfer mechanism is: the oil fluid is designed to have turbulent flow on the inner and outer surfaces, producing strong oscillation and scouring effects. The flow direction constantly changes, continuously replacing the high-temperature oil fluid near the tube wall, thinning and even destroying the insulation layer, accelerating heat transfer on the metal surface, strengthening microscopic eddy currents in the fluid, and enhancing internal heat diffusion in the oil fluid. It will not cause local high-temperature overheating of the fluid near the tube wall, so the oil can be properly and fully heated without the possibility of coking or decomposition. It has good heat transfer and does not cause high resistance.

2. Can heat oil quantitatively, heating as much as needed.

3. No local high temperature or carbonization of oil, ensuring oil quality and heat exchanger efficiency.

4. The temperature at the oil outlet of the tank is the highest, ensuring the fluidity of the output oil.

5. Avoids repeated heating of the oil in the tank, ensuring oil color and reducing oil processing costs.

6. Long service life, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and anti-scaling function, greatly improving the overall performance of the heat exchanger.

7. Advanced process structure design ensures smooth oil flow and good "tank bottom suction" effect.

8. Can achieve automatic control, controlling steam supply based on oil inlet/outlet temperature and flow rate.

9. Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, and does not affect tank safety due to heater installation. Compared with U-tube heat exchangers, under the same heat exchange area, the external dimensions of the eddy current heat film heat exchanger are only about half of those of a U-tube heat exchanger.

10. Compared with electric heating, it is safer, gentler, and has less impact on oil quality.
