HRY Tubular Electric Heater with Round Tube Sheath
1. In the dimension drawing, dimension "B" must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning out the component.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced during use, and then raised to the rated voltage after melting, to prevent excessive heat concentration from reducing the service life of the element.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, they must be completely removed before reuse to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the component.
5. The component should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm after long-term storage, the heating core can be removed and dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or the component can be energized at low voltage for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.

Used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic lubrication devices, and also for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.
Product Features:
1. Adopting the form of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements matched with multiple special-shaped sheaths, it has the characteristics of large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and convenient replacement and maintenance.
2. Due to the use of multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, if one heating element is damaged, only that damaged element needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heating source, greatly reducing the user's subsequent investment.
3. The surface load design can be determined according to customer needs; the standard surface load design is 0.7 W/cm².
4. Sheathed Tubular Electric Heater can be optionally equipped with liquid expansion thermostat, manual reset, AC contactor and other electrical equipment. If the heater needs temperature adjustment function, only temperature control equipment needs to be installed; add the letter "T" after the model when ordering. If automatic constant temperature function is required, the heater must be equipped with a thermostat and contactor; add the letters "TH" after the model when ordering.
5. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times the rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
6. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable, and corrosive gases.
7. Heater material: carbon steel or stainless steel.
8. Maximum working temperature: 200°C.
9. Working pressure: less than 0.6MPa
