General problem characteristics of air dry burning heating tubes:
1. Electric leakage (phenomenon: automatic circuit breaker or leakage protection switch trips, heating tube cannot heat), accounting for more than 90% of heater failures
2. No heating reaction when powered on (whether the electrode part is detached or has poor contact, or the wire is broken at the junction box)
3. Obvious cracks on the surface of the ceramic tube (cracks in the heating tube, tungsten alloy heating wire broken by large current impact, etc.)
Air dry burning heating tube general fault handling:
1. If the leakage current of the heating tube itself is greater than the normal value, we suggest communicating with the manufacturer to replace it to avoid affecting the use effect. If the junction box is flooded, dry it with hot air; if the wire is damaged, wrap it with tape or replace the wire.
2. If the heating tube does not heat when powered on, it is generally because the heating wire inside the heating tube is broken by a momentary large current impact. In this case, we suggest that users strictly follow the product usage instructions. This kind of physical damage to the heating tube cannot be repaired and can only be replaced; if the circuit or joint is broken or loose, reconnect it.
3. For a cracked or broken heating tube, the only option is replacement.
