Process:Explosion-proof heating tube, which is composed of an explosion-proof heating tube and an explosion-proof junction box.    In the stainless steel heating tube, high-temperature resistance wires are evenly distributed inside a seamless high-temperature resistant stainless steel tube, and the gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance. This structure of the heating tube is not only advanced and highly efficient in heat transfer, but also provides uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated by the heating tube is diffused through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube, and then transferred to the heated object or air to achieve the purpose of heating. 
Applications: Used for heating media such as hydrogen, molten salt, methyl chloride, turbine oil, natural gas, etc.
