The electric heating elements of the electric heating tube series are composed of metal tubes, spiral resistance wires, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation, etc. The electric heating tube uses domestic thick-walled seamless stainless steel tubes, imported high-temperature magnesium oxide powder, and sealing materials, allowing the electric heating tube to withstand temperatures up to ≥900°C. The electric heating tube will not be damaged even when dry-burned in a temporarily dehydrated state; and it adopts an atmosphere-protected blackening mesh belt furnace with a 1060°C high-temperature nitriding treatment process, which improves the high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the electric heating tube, ensuring its service life. The electric heating tube is made by inserting electric heating wires into seamless metal tubes (carbon steel tubes, titanium tubes, stainless steel tubes, copper tubes), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, and then shrinking the tube. The finished heating tube is then processed into various shapes required by users. The shapes of electric heating tubes include: U-shaped, W-shaped, I-shaped, L-shaped, circular, rectangular, spiral, and other non-standard shapes. The types of electric heating tubes include: single-end electric heating tubes, special-shaped electric heaters, finned electric heaters, and flange electric heaters.Electric heating tubes have the advantages of simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and can be bent into various shapes, with good adaptability to harsh environments. They can be used for heating various liquids and acids, alkalis, and salts, and are also suitable for melting metals with low melting points. The materials and strict process technology used in electric heating tubes produce tubes with excellent electrical insulation performance and high dielectric strength.
