The SRY2 tubular electric heater is an immersion-type electric heating element with a metal tubular structure, containing an electric heating alloy wire inside, filled with magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity, and lead terminals at both ends. This product is suitable for heating media such as oil, water, and air, and can be widely used in industrial equipment, HVAC, chemical processes, and other scenarios.
The main technical parameters of the SRY2 tubular electric heater are as follows: rated voltage is 220V or 380V; power range is 0.5kW to 6kW; dimensions can be customized according to installation requirements, with common tube diameters from Φ8mm to Φ16mm and lengths from 200mm to 2000mm; operating temperature range: surface temperature does not exceed 150°C when heating oil, and does not exceed 100°C when heating water; insulation resistance is not less than 50MΩ; dielectric strength is 1500V/1min without breakdown or flashover. The product complies with the requirements of JB/T 2379-2016 "Metal Tubular Heating Elements".
The heater adopts a straight single-end lead or double-end lead structure, with flexible installation methods, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The tube material can be stainless steel, carbon steel, or copper tube, and the surface can be treated with anti-corrosion treatment to adapt to different media environments. The terminals are made of ceramic or bakelite material, with good insulation and high temperature resistance. Users can choose temperature control equipment according to actual needs to achieve automatic temperature regulation.
The SRY2 tubular electric heater is suitable for heating and insulation of heat transfer oil furnaces, oil tanks, water tanks, air conditioning units, drying equipment, injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and other equipment. In chemical, petroleum, textile, printing and dyeing, food machinery, and other industries, it can be used to heat various liquid and gas media. For occasions with explosion-proof requirements, explosion-proof electric heaters can be selected to ensure safe operation.
During installation, ensure that the heating zone is fully immersed in the medium to avoid dry burning. Regularly check whether the terminals are loose and whether there is scale on the surface, and clean them in time to ensure heating efficiency. The power supply voltage should be consistent with the rated voltage, and reliable grounding protection should be provided. Before restarting after long-term shutdown, measure the insulation resistance to ensure it is not less than 1MΩ.
