Carbonization and scorching of heat transfer oil are often related to improper selection of surface load. The JGY-45 tubular electric heater offers multiple surface load specifications, allowing maintenance personnel to select a lower load option based on oil grade, flow rate, and operating temperature, thereby reducing tube wall temperature and delaying medium aging. Compared with conventional high-load tubular heaters, this model is more friendly to oil life under continuous operation conditions, but the heating rate is correspondingly slower, requiring a trade-off within the process allowance.
This heater adopts a clustered assembly of tubular heating elements, with the wiring cavity isolated from the medium cavity. Compared with the flange direct-insertion structure, the JGY-45 supports single-element replacement, eliminating the need to drain the entire tank of oil during maintenance, making it suitable for maintenance personnel to test insulation resistance element by element according to plan. The element lead wires use high-temperature resistant insulating sleeves, reducing poor contact caused by carbon deposition at the terminals.
Suitable for fluid heating in processes such as chemical material heating, powder drying under certain pressure, and spray drying. In heat transfer oil circulation systems, it is recommended to use with flow protection and over-temperature interlock to avoid local overheating at low flow rates. Technical parameters are subject to the accompanying documents; power, voltage, and installation dimensions must be verified during model selection.
