During steam turbine maintenance, bolt heating rods need to pass through the bolt center hole to heat the bolts. Purchasing personnel often ask: after the heating rod is inserted, the temperature rises slowly—is the power insufficient? Compared with flame heating and electric heating coil heating, can it control deformation? This involves selection and comparison.
Flame heating has uneven temperature and easily causes local overheating of bolts; electric heating coil heating requires removing the insulation layer, making operation cumbersome. Bolt electric heating rods are directly inserted into the center hole, and heat is conducted from the inside out, resulting in higher efficiency. The DRB-220 type has a rated voltage of 220V and can also be customized for DC 100V, suitable for different power supply environments.
It is equipped with DJ22-23 or ZJK series control cabinets to adjust voltage. During operation, the voltage adjustment should be at the minimum position, and shifting gears under load is strictly prohibited. When purchasing, it is necessary to confirm the bolt specifications (such as M56×4, M85, etc.), center hole diameter, and length in order to determine power and selection.
Select power based on bolt specifications and heating time. Before inserting the heating rod, the center hole should be cleaned to avoid foreign matter affecting heat dissipation. The product implements the ZBK54019-88 standard. Purchasing personnel can provide parameters to obtain a selection plan.
