This product is designed in accordance with the ZBK54019-88 industry standard and is suitable for bolts with a center hole diameter of d=22.6±0.2mm. If the bolt center hole diameter or specification parameters do not conform to the standard, the user and manufacturer must negotiate to determine the heating rod dimensions to ensure assembly clearance and heat transfer efficiency.
When energized in air at the rated working voltage for 2-3 minutes, there should be no abnormal phenomena such as overheating, reddening, or local burning. At the same time, the insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ, and the leakage current should not exceed 0.5mA per kilowatt. If the test values deviate from the above ranges, stop using it and check the insulation or lead connections.
The voltage adjustment of the DJ22-54 series control cabinet should be set to the minimum position before energizing to avoid impact current damaging the heating rod. The DJ22-54 low-voltage control cabinet must not be switched under load; voltage shifting must be performed only when power is off or no load is present to prevent arcing and contact damage.
It is necessary to confirm the rated voltage (e.g., AC 220V±20V or DC 100V), rated power, total length of the heating rod, and effective heating section length. During selection, the thermal expansion of the bolt material, installation clearance, and working environment temperature should also be considered to ensure that the heating rod does not loosen or get stuck after insertion. For non-standard center holes, it is recommended to provide drawings or physical samples for customization.
