When heating bolts of M36 and above, problems such as thread seizure or material performance degradation caused by overheating of the central hole wall are often encountered. The SRB-220 bolt electric heating rod is designed for such working conditions, with a rated voltage of 220V±20V, compatible with DC 100V, and suitable for scenarios such as steam turbine maintenance. Compared with induction heaters, the resistance heating rod can be directly inserted into the central hole of the bolt, concentrating heat and reducing direct heating of the threads and nut, which helps avoid fastening failure.
Compared with models with double-ended leads or K-type thermocouples, the SRB-220 adopts a single-ended lead, featuring a simple structure and suitable for conventional heating of bolts below M36. For M36 and above specifications requiring closed-loop temperature control, double-ended lead or thermocouple models can be optionally selected. The tube body is made of 304 stainless steel, which offers good corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity during long-term contact with water. Insulation resistance and leakage current indicators meet safety requirements, reducing safety hazards.
Rated voltage 220V±20V, DC 100V, suitable for on-site power supply conditions. During selection, the power and length should be determined according to bolt specifications and heating position to ensure that the central hole wall temperature does not exceed the maximum service temperature of the bolt. The SRB-220 is suitable for bolt heating in scenarios such as steam turbine maintenance. Compared with induction solutions, resistance heating rods have advantages in local heating and energy consumption control.
