The ZDR-800 cast aluminum electric heating plate has a rated voltage of 220V or 380V, and its surface working temperature range covers from room temperature to 400°C; similar cast copper products can reach 650°C. The power density is determined according to the installation method and heat dissipation conditions, with conventional designs ranging from 2.5W/cm² to 6W/cm². The plate body is formed by cast aluminum or cast copper process, and the internal electric heating elements are cast integrally with the metal body, providing good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. The overall dimensions, mounting hole positions, and lead wire length can be customized according to equipment interfaces.
The working surface of the heating plate is flat and can fit closely to heated bodies such as flat plates, molds, and pipes. The temperature control method can be selected as K-type thermocouple or PT100 platinum resistance with temperature controller, achieving constant temperature adjustability. The insulation resistance is not less than 20MΩ in cold state, and the withstand voltage test is performed at 1500V/1min. The protection level is conventionally IP54, and can be upgraded to IP65 for special occasions.
This product is suitable for heating barrels and molds of plastic machinery and cable machinery, and can also be used for chemical reactors, petroleum pipeline heat tracing, and alloy die-casting machines. In fields with high requirements for safety and reliability such as military, aerospace, and nuclear power, cast copper heating plates can be selected according to working conditions.
Purchasing personnel need to clarify working temperature, voltage, power, installation dimensions, and temperature control accuracy requirements. If the medium is corrosive, the contact material should be specified. Before bulk ordering, it is recommended to conduct sample hot-state tests to confirm that the heating rate and temperature uniformity meet process conditions.
