The JRB-500 industrial electric heating plate has a rated voltage of 220V/380V, a rated power of 0.5–3kW, and a maximum operating temperature of 300°C (stainless steel panel) or 400°C (cast aluminum panel). Dimensions are customizable, with standard thickness of 20–50mm and flatness error ≤0.5mm/m. Insulation resistance ≥50MΩ (500V DC), dielectric strength 1500V/1min without breakdown.
It uses nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as the heating element, mica board or ceramic as the insulation layer, and stainless steel or cast aluminum as the heat-conducting panel. The terminal block is located on the side, with protection class IP20 (IP54 customizable), suitable for environments without corrosive gases.
An external K-type thermocouple or PT100 sensor can be connected, combined with a PID temperature controller to achieve ±2°C temperature control accuracy. Power wiring uses terminal blocks, supporting single-phase or three-phase power supply. It is recommended to install an overheat protection switch.
Suitable for laboratory sample heating, industrial equipment preheating, household appliances (such as electric irons and electric heaters), and low-temperature preheating of new energy vehicle battery packs. Not suitable for flammable and explosive environments.
Regularly check whether the terminal blocks are loose, and remove surface debris to maintain heat dissipation. After long-term disuse, measure the insulation resistance; if it is below 10MΩ, dry it. Avoid hard objects hitting the panel to prevent short circuits in the heating wire.
