When faced with an electric heating plate, design and selection personnel usually need to first confirm the installation space, power supply conditions, and target temperature. The JRB-800 industrial electric heating plate uses a stainless steel shell and mica or ceramic insulation structure, and its external dimensions and mounting hole positions can be customized according to the equipment structure. Power density should be selected based on heat dissipation conditions and heating time: when space is limited or rapid heating is required, the power density can be appropriately increased, but the temperature resistance margin of the insulation material must be evaluated.
Ordinary industrial heating scenarios require temperature control accuracy of about ±3~5°C, and this model can meet that requirement with conventional temperature control instruments; when laboratories or precision processes require within ±1°C or even ±0.5°C, higher-precision sensors and PID control methods must be selected, and attention should be paid to the surface temperature distribution of the heating plate. During installation, keeping the plate surface flat against the heated surface helps improve uniformity.
The JRB-800 can be equipped with overheat protection and dry-burn detection functions. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit or dry burning without a container is detected, the power supply is automatically cut off. Wiring terminals should be selected according to rated voltage and current, and the shell should be reliably grounded. For non-standard customization, the working voltage, power, lead wire length, and installation method need to be provided.
