On injection molding or film blowing production lines, common on-site maintenance issues include localized overheating of electric heating plates causing raw material coking, and temperature fluctuations leading to uneven product thickness. The JRD-1000 electric heating plate addresses these operating conditions by providing solutions in three aspects: heating uniformity, temperature control method, and safety protection.
This electric heating plate adopts a composite structure of stainless steel outer shell and mica insulation layer, with internal resistance wires distributed in a planar pattern to reduce localized heat concentration. Both 220V and 380V voltages can be customized, with a wide power coverage range. Compared to ordinary plate heaters, its temperature uniformity can be controlled within ±1°C, helping to reduce product defects caused by temperature differences.
The precision model is equipped with PID intelligent temperature control, with a display resolution of up to 0.2°C and temperature control accuracy of up to ±0.2°C. The insulation layer isolates live components from the exterior, and optional overheat protection, leakage protection, and automatic power-off mechanisms can be configured to reduce failure risks during unattended periods.
If the surface coating of the heating plate peels off, it can easily cause corrosion and affect heat transfer. It is recommended to prioritize stainless steel or ceramic surfaces. For non-standard customization, the working voltage, power, lead wire length, and mounting hole positions must be clearly specified. In daily maintenance, regularly checking the tightness of terminal connections and insulation resistance can extend the service life of the heating plate.
