The cast aluminum electric heating plate uses tubular heating elements as the heating body. After being bent into shape, they are placed into a mold and cast or die-cast with aluminum alloy material, resulting in uniform surface load and high mechanical strength. The ZJL-380 model has an operating voltage of 220V/380V, a power density of ≤2.5W/cm², a maximum operating temperature of ≤400℃, a conventional thickness of 20mm~40mm, and a lead length of 1000mm. Length and width dimensions can be customized according to installation space.
If the heating rate on site is found to be lower than the design value, check in sequence: whether the power supply voltage is within the rated range, whether the terminal connections are loose or oxidized, and whether the heating plate fits well against the heated surface. When there are gaps at the contact surface, heat conduction is hindered, and the surface temperature distribution will be uneven. It is recommended to apply thermal conductive silicone grease to the contact surface during installation and use clamps to ensure uniform pressure. If multiple heating plates are used in parallel, it is also necessary to confirm that the current in each branch is balanced.
After shutdown, measure the insulation resistance between the lead wires and the shell. If it is lower than 20MΩ, check whether the lead outlet seal is affected by moisture and whether there are cracks or carbon deposits on the plate surface. If moisture is the cause, dry it at 80℃~100℃ for 2~4 hours before measuring again; if the insulation decrease is caused by mechanical damage, the heating plate needs to be replaced, and it is not recommended to continue using it after on-site repair.
During routine inspections, pay attention to whether the surface is warped and whether fasteners are loose. When selecting a model, it is necessary to specify the length, width, thickness or inner diameter, operating voltage, required power, maximum operating temperature, and lead length. This product is suitable for heating components in new energy battery insulation, medical devices, 3D printers, and other equipment. Specific dimensions and power can be customized according to drawings.
