JHQ-220V Electric Heating Ring is a ring-shaped electric heating element, made of metal tubular heating elements or wound with insulating materials such as mica and ceramics. It is suitable for heating and insulation of various industrial equipment. This product operates at AC 220V, and power and dimensions can be customized according to user requirements.
The electric heating ring mainly consists of heating wire, insulation layer, metal shell, and lead wires. The insulation layer can be made of soft mica board or ceramic core, featuring high-temperature resistance and insulation performance. The shell material is usually stainless steel or galvanized sheet, and cast aluminum or cast copper structures can also be selected based on the application environment to improve thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. The surface temperature of cast aluminum/cast copper electric heating rings can reach 200–500°C, with faster heat conduction and higher mechanical strength.
Rated voltage: AC 220V (other voltages customizable)
Power range: 100W–5000W
Surface temperature: tubular heating ring 100–400°C; cast aluminum/cast copper ring 200–500°C
Insulation resistance: ≥50MΩ (cold state)
Dielectric strength: 1500V/1min without breakdown
Dimensions: inner diameter, width, and thickness can be customized as needed
JHQ-220V Electric Heating Ring is widely used in plastic machinery, extruders, injection molding machines, film blowing machines, chemical fiber equipment, food machinery, medical equipment, and laboratory heating devices, etc. Its ring structure facilitates installation on the outside of cylindrical barrels or pipes for uniform heating. Electromagnetic induction heating rings can also be used in similar scenarios, but their working principle differs from resistance-type heating, and users can choose according to actual needs.
During installation, ensure that the heating ring fits well with the surface of the heated object to avoid local overheating. Before use, check the insulation resistance and ensure correct wiring. After long-term use, it is recommended to regularly clean surface debris and check whether the lead wires are aged. This product must not be used directly in humid, flammable, or explosive environments. If special protection is required, please specify in advance.
