The heat transfer efficiency of an electric heating ring is directly related to the assembly clearance. Excessive clearance leads to reduced heat conduction efficiency and a rise in the ring's own temperature; excessive interference makes assembly difficult. The DJR-690 electric heating ring is designed for the heating requirements of injection molding machine and extruder barrels, achieving a balance between assembly convenience and heat transfer efficiency.
The inner diameter tolerance of this model is matched to the outer diameter of the barrel to be heated, and a single-side clearance of 0.1–0.3 mm is recommended. When the clearance is too large, the thermal resistance of the air layer increases, and the ring surface temperature may exceed the rated value; when the clearance is too small, disassembly becomes difficult after thermal expansion. The ring body adopts a stainless steel shell and mica insulation structure, with a rated voltage of 220V/380V, and the power density can be customized according to the barrel size.
The wiring section must be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded. The operating voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value. Purchasing personnel need to confirm that the on-site power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the heating ring and reserve sufficient wiring space.
Suitable for plastic machinery barrel heating, extruder heaters, injection molding machine nozzles, and other scenarios. In pelletizer heaters, this model can replace traditional tubular heating rings, facilitating installation and maintenance.
