The HXL-720 finned tube heat exchanger is designed for high-temperature dust-laden conditions, with fin spacing adjustable within the range of 8~12mm. Compared with plate-frame heat exchangers, this model has larger fin spacing, which facilitates compressed air blowing and reduces the risk of ash bridging. It should be noted that the fin side is not suitable for liquid media prone to scaling, otherwise the cleaning frequency will increase significantly.
The base tube can be made of heat-resistant alloy steel, with a design task temperature of up to 850°C, meeting the hot air circulation requirements of heater matching. The design pressure can be selected from 0.6~2.5MPa according to working conditions, and the heat exchange area can be customized on demand. The applicable medium on the fin side is clean air or flue gas, while the tube side can carry steam, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt.
This type of heat exchanger is suitable for high-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery and hot air circulation systems in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering. It is recommended to regularly blow the fin side with compressed air to avoid ash deposition affecting heat transfer. If handling liquids prone to scaling, other structural types should be selected.
