Technical engineers often face a trade-off in structural form during selection. The BXS-200 adopts a fully welded structure, which limits disassembly conditions; routine inspection mainly relies on external leakage observation and comparison of operating parameters. Compared with removable gasket structures, the fully welded form reduces the risk of leakage caused by seal aging, but the core cannot be individually extracted during maintenance. During procurement, the spare parts cycle and maintenance window should be included in cost accounting; for occasions with high continuous operation requirements, it is recommended to evaluate the configuration of standby equipment.
The stainless steel surface is easy to clean daily. In scenarios such as heating tables in the food industry, it is recommended to use neutral or weakly alkaline cleaning agents, rinse and dry promptly after cleaning, and avoid long-term contact with strongly acidic cleaning agents. Compared with carbon steel, stainless steel has better corrosion resistance in humid environments and most neutral media, but media with high chloride ion content still require separate evaluation. When confirming the media type, technical engineers should also pay attention to the influence of cleaning agent composition and operating temperature on the material.
During selection, confirm the media type, flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures, and allowable pressure drop, and check applicability against the design pressure of 3.0 MPa and temperature range of -40°C to 200°C. For systems with large flow fluctuations, the heat transfer margin under rated conditions and low-load conditions should be calculated. Compared with plate heat exchangers, brazed stainless steel heat exchangers have a larger heat transfer area per unit volume, but different pressure drop characteristics, which need to be matched according to the pump head curve.
This model is suitable for refrigeration, food heating tables, and small process cooling loops. During installation, keep the inlet and outlet pipes aligned to avoid additional stress on the shell; perform an air tightness check before system operation. The maintenance cycle is recommended to be determined based on trends in operating parameters, and should not be arranged solely by fixed time intervals.
