The flowing medium is input by pump pressure at a low temperature, and absorbs heat energy during the flow process to reach the process required temperature at the equipment outlet. Through the temperature detection device at the equipment outlet and adjusting the power of the electric heater, it can ensure that the fluid medium temperature meets the process requirements. With the help of equipment sensors and protection devices, once the medium temperature is too high, the equipment intelligently stops heating; once the heating element overheats, heating will also stop to avoid damage to the heating element due to overheating.



Working Principle:



High-temperature resistance wires are evenly distributed inside a high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and the gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance. This structure is not only advanced and has high thermal efficiency, but also heats evenly. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube, and then transfers to the heated object or air gas, achieving the purpose of heating.



Heater is mainly used to heat the required gas flow from the initial temperature to the required gas temperature, up to 800°C. It has been widely applied in aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, universities, and many other scientific research and production laboratories. It is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and large flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The compressed air heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas, and the produced hot gas is dry and moisture-free, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-corrosive, reliable, and the heated space heats up quickly (controllable).
