Manufactured based on German products, the electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sheath. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective tube is made of thin opaque steel pipe. The wiring device is protected with a bolted cover shell, which is waterproof and moisture-proof.

1. This model of electric heater is manufactured based on imitation of German products. The electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sheath. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective sheath is made of thin stainless steel tube. The wiring device is protected with a bolted cover shell, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, and oil-proof.
2. The protective sheath and the oil tank body are connected with straight thread, providing strong sealing. The protective sheath isolates the core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil in the tank; only the heater core needs to be pulled out, making maintenance convenient.
3. The surface power of this model of electric heater is designed according to JBT2379-93 standard, and its surface power should be selected at ≤0.7W/cm².
1. Working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. Dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning; the heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size of this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. The tubular electric heating element is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, and the surface load of the heater is 2-3.8 w/cm²
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined according to the actual size of the heating medium.
