Melt-blown Ceramic Heater Quality Assurance
The melt-blown fabric ceramic heater is built with stainless steel as the outer shell, inside which there is a ceramic with high insulation and fire resistance, threaded with resistance wire, and then mechanically twisted into shape. It can be used once connected to the power supply.
Usage Precautions

4. When using the high-temperature ceramic heater, avoid forceful knocking or collision with hard objects that could cause tile breakage, exposing the alloy resistance wire and affecting operational lifespan.
5. Before installation, check whether the installation position matches the specifications of the high-temperature ceramic heater.
It is mainly suitable for extrusion, casting, and down-stroke mechanical operations with temperatures up to 450 degrees, and maximum surface load of 6.5W/cm. Its characteristics are long lifespan, high temperature resistance, 30% reduction in energy consumption, and high insulation. It is currently the most suitable electric heating product for extruders, injection molding machines, and film blowing machines. Ceramic heating rings have advantages such as flexible installation, fast heat transfer, good insulation, and no restrictions on model or size. They have high working temperature, fast heating, high thermal efficiency, no pollution, and uniform and precise heating.
The melt-blown fabric ceramic heater mainly consists of spiral nickel-chromium resistance wire and specially designed high-temperature resistant ceramic tiles. The spiral resistance wire passes through the tiles and strings them together to form a flexible ceramic heating belt, finally encapsulated with a stainless steel shell, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 600°C.
