Usage, maintenance and precautions:

1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning out the component; the heated oil should be non-corrosive.

2. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage; after melting, raise to rated voltage to prevent heat concentration from reducing the service life of the element.

3. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be removed before use to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the component.

4. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MW due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200℃ for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the component for a few hours).

Brief Introduction:

Electric heating tube, also known as heating tube or heating pipe, scientifically named tubular electric heating element, is a coiled heating wire (resistance wire) placed inside a metal tube.

It features simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and long service life. It is widely applicable to various devices such as saltpeter tanks, water tanks, oil tanks, acid-alkali tanks, fusible metal melting furnaces, air heating furnaces, drying furnaces, drying ovens, hot pressing molds, etc.

Electric heating tubes are electrical components specifically designed to convert electrical energy into heat. Due to their low cost, convenient use, easy installation, and no pollution, they are widely used in various heating applications.

Features:

This electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sheath. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source.
The protective sheath is made of carbon steel pipe or stainless steel pipe. It has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type with iron drawn cup-shaped cover, and special type with bolted flameproof device cover sealing. It meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dⅡBT4 and protection level IP54 series standards.

The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; simply extract the heater core and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.

The protective sheath has a large contact area with the heated oil, so the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has a long service life, and is safe and reliable.
