Quality Assurance of Meltblown Fabric Ceramic Heaters



It is a highly efficient heater with uniform heat distribution, and a metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring uniform temperature on the heating surface and eliminating hot spots and cold spots on the equipment.



There are two types of ceramic heaters: PTC ceramic heating elements and MCH ceramic heating elements. The materials used in these two products are completely different, but the finished products are similar to ceramics, so they are collectively called "ceramic heating elements".



Application Scope

     Widely used in plastic machinery, chemical and fiber, electronics, medical, packaging and printing, petrochemical, electronic equipment and other industries.

 



Product Structure: The ceramic heater uses stainless steel as the outer shell, with ceramic material of high insulation and fire resistance inside, through which resistance wires are threaded, and then mechanically twisted into shape. It can be used once connected to the power supply.
