Issues to note during after-sales service and maintenance of explosion-proof electric heaters

1. Explosion-proof electric heater should not be disassembled arbitrarily; during disassembly for maintenance, do not use the explosion-proof surface of parts as a fulcrum for pry bars, and it is strictly forbidden to knock or impact the explosion-proof surface.
2. When disassembling the electric heater, first remove the air cover and fan, then use a socket wrench to remove the bolts of the end cover and bearing cover, then use a round wood or copper rod to strike the shaft extension axially to separate the end cover from the frame, and finally remove the rotor. When removing parts, the explosion-proof surface should be placed facing upward, covered with rubber or cloth padding, and be careful not to lose fastening bolts, spring washers, etc.
3. During varnish dipping and assembly, clean the insulating varnish or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface, do not scrape with hard objects like iron sheets, but you can use an oilstone to grind uneven areas.
4. If the explosion-proof surface is damaged, it must be repaired by welding with lead-tin solder HISnPb58-2, using flux of 30% concentration hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) or tin-zinc solder containing 58~60% tin, with flux of 30% ammonium chloride, 70% zinc chloride, mixed with 100~150% water (for cast iron parts). The solder must bond firmly with the parts, and the raised parts should be ground flat to achieve the specified smoothness.
5. To prevent rusting of the explosion-proof surface, apply machine oil or 204-1 replacement type anti-rust oil on the explosion-proof surface.
