Mainly applicable to plastic (rubber) injection molding machines, extruders, film blowing machines, wire drawing machines, plastic films, pipes, wires, etc. Electromagnetic heating technology directly generates heat (the barrel itself heats up), and the barrel is wrapped with thermal insulation materials, on which electromagnetic coils are wound. Using electromagnetic induction, the barrel generates eddy currents to heat up, greatly reducing heat conduction losses and heat dissipation to the air, improving thermal efficiency, and avoiding an increase in ambient temperature. Therefore, the energy-saving effect is very significant, reaching 30% to 75%. Since the electromagnetic heating coil itself does not generate heat and is made of ceramic materials and high-temperature cables, there is no problem of the resistance wire in traditional electric heating coils oxidizing at high temperatures and shortening its service life. It has the advantages of long service life, fast heating rate, and no maintenance required, reducing maintenance time and costs.
