Electric Heating Tube Heater

Small size, high power: The heater primarily uses clustered tubular electric heating elements. Fast thermal response, high temperature control precision, and high overall thermal efficiency. High heating temperature: The maximum working temperature of the heater design can reach 850°C. Uniform medium outlet temperature and high temperature control precision. Wide application range and strong adaptability: The heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary places, with explosion-proof grades up to dⅡB and C, and pressure resistance up to 20MPa. Long lifespan and high reliability: The heater is manufactured with special electric heating materials, designed with low surface power load, and multiple protections, greatly improving the safety and lifespan of the electric heater. Fully automatic control: According to requirements, through the heater circuit design, it can conveniently achieve automatic control of outlet temperature, flow, pressure, and other parameters, and can be networked with computers. Significant energy-saving effect: 100% of the heat generated by electrical energy can be transferred to the heating medium.

Fluid explosion-proof electric heater is a device that converts electrical energy into heat energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the heat exchanger inlet through the pipeline under pressure, then flows along the specific heat exchange channels designed according to fluid thermodynamics principles inside the electric heating container, carrying away the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating elements, raising the temperature of the heated medium, and obtaining a high-temperature medium that meets the process requirements at the outlet of the electric heater. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor data at the outlet, making the medium temperature at the outlet uniform; when the temperature of the heating element exceeds a certain value, the overheat protection system of the heating element immediately disconnects the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from overheating, which could cause deterioration, coking, carbonization, and in severe cases, burning out the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.

Introduction to leakage and solutions for heating tubes

1. Ground wire not connected properly;

2. Insulation damage of electric heating tube (this may be a problem with the insulating magnesium oxide powder, or the insulation of the joint);

3. The electric heating tube is burned out and short-circuited with the cup body;

4. Improper cleaning, water touches the terminal of the stainless steel electric heating tube;

5. Circuit wires fall off and come into contact with the cup body;

6. Too much dirt on the electric socket or power plug;

7. Poor water quality, severe scale formation;

Solutions

1. Connect the ground wire as required and check if it is correct;

2. Check and repair; if such incidents still occur, it is recommended to replace;

3. If the electric heating tube is damaged, replace with the same specification;

4. Correctly clean and dry the stainless steel heating tube;

5. Check the fallen wire and re-solder it firmly;

6. Correctly clean and dry it
